Leadership – Swimming Pools by Ike Jr.

Bjarne Eikevik Jr.

Swimming Pools by Ike Jr. was founded by Bjarne Eikevik Jr., known to all as “Ike Jr.” Ike brought decades of experience and knowledge to each and every job. A true innovator and leader in the pool industry he inspired not only his team but his business trade partners and colleagues as well. Ike challenged the industry to provide all customers with top quality construction services and materials standards, the principles that he founded his company on. Pool Safety for all was a daily priority. An active member on the FSPA State Board of Directors, he helped implement the main drain safety regulations in the State of Florida. As the South Florida Mediator for the FSPA his role was to ensure that all customers with pool construction issues had a place to go that would properly address and resolve fairly both contract and construction disputes in an unbiased venue. Customers were always Ike’s priority. He built his company on these principles and paved the way for his company to continue on with his son Erik “Bjarne” Eikevik, the third generation Commercial Pool Contractor in the family.
